Our model home has 2,210 square feet of living space. A spacious kitchen with adjacent powder room, living room, dining room, and large entry foyer are all located on the first floor. The second floor features 3 bedrooms, a laundry room and a full bath plus a master suite with a full bath that includes a whirlpool tub and separate shower.

 Our model is available with many luxury features, which include 9'6" smooth ceilings, white kitchen cabinets, cultured marble vanities and hardwood floors in the downstairs foyer, powder room and dining room. Ceramic tile is featured in all upstairs baths as well as the kitchen and living room area. An efficient gas fireplace plus many other distinctive touches are featured in our model.
