Labor Efficiency
Site-building today is pretty much the same as it was back in the 1800s - labor intensive, weather delays, and scheduling problems. Our homes, however, are at the leading edge of the construction industry with their proven system-built techniques. The high-tech manufacturing plant facilitates overhead cranes; floor, wall and ceiling jigs; and state of the art machinery offering a system of assembly line construction techniques that reduces the amount of labor and improves labor efficiency. We are very much like the modern day automobile assembly line - a very efficient and streamlined method of constructing a home.

Quicker Construction Time
Homes are completed in weeks instead of months because of the streamlined construction process. At our high-tech manufacturing plant, we do not have delays due to weather or subcontractors (plumbers, electricians, painters, etc.) not arriving for work. This is a frequent problem with site-built homes. Weather delays and subcontractors not arriving for work can cause site-built homes to take up to 12 months to build. From the design phase to final completion, you can be living in your new home in half the time as a site built home. And although your house is completed quickly, quality materials and careful attention to detail are built into each and every home.

Buying Power
Even though the homes are built with more materials (up to 30% more than site-built), money can be saved. We buy materials in large quantities and these savings are passed directly onto you, our valued client.

Accurate Prices
Speak with just about anyone who has had a custom site-built home, and you will hear horror stories about out of control cost overruns. Your home can be up to 80% complete when it arrives at your lot, so there are virtually no cost overruns.

Virtually No Theft
Thieves walk off with items that are waiting to be installed in site-built homes. This will not be a problem with your home. When your home arrives to the site, the doors and windows are locked. Strangers will not be wandering through your hallways and rooms.

Climate Control Environment
Wood is a porous material that absorbs moisture and expands. Your home is constructed in a climate controlled environment; therefore, it is not subjected to harmful weather while being constructed. On a rainy day, visit some of the site-built construction areas. You will find wood and other materials laying uncovered in the bad weather. Then on the next clear day, the wood is constructed into someone's home. Upon completion of the home, the wood will finally start to dry out which can create problems down the road. Your home will never see the ill-weathered effects that can cause wood to warp and prematurely deteriorate. These homes are sturdy, high-wind resistant, and built to the same codes as site-built homes.

Quality Control Inspections
Your home also goes through 300 quality inspections and third party inspections to ensure the highest level of quality, no other construction method can compare to this type of quality assurance. These inspections ensure that your home is built to the highest of standards, and guarantees us of consistent quality. All of our homes meet or exceed VA, FHA, BOCA, and CABO codes as well as the recently enacted International codes and standards. System-built homes appraise at the same rate as site-built homes.

Built Stronger
We use up to 30% more material than comparable site-built homes. This ensures that there are no problems while your home is shipped and then set onto its foundation.

Energy Efficient and Environmentally Friendly
Our homes are highly engineered using the latest construction technology. All homes are designed to be energy efficient, which will save you money on energy bills in the future. Energy efficient appliances are also available. System-built homes are environmentally friendly since excess materials are recycled at the factory and waste materials, noise pollution and overall disturbance at a building site are greatly reduced.

Design Flexibility
A wide variety of house plans are available. We offer capes, ranches, and two-story homes. Many options are also available that will help customize your home to your own personal taste. Whether you are looking for a home from 1,000 square feet to well over 5,000 square feet, we can meet your needs. Our system-built homes meet the design and budget needs from entry level housing to high-end luxury estates.

Computer aided design has enabled our company to take a mass customization approach and design all models to meet a homeowners particular needs. This is in contrast with the situation several years ago when the system built industry offered only a few standard models with limited options.

Same Appraisal Values and Mortgage Programs As Site-Built
System-built homes appraise at the same value as site-built homes and also qualify for the same mortgage programs.

Same Building Codes As Site-Built
System-built homes are built to the exact same building codes as traditional site-built housing.
